The Brazilian Collective Health Association – ABRASC, aims to support individuals and institutions involved in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, research, cooperation and the provision of services in Public/Collective Health, aiming to expand professional qualifications. strengthening the production of knowledge and improving the formulation of health, education and science and technology policies to face the health problems of the Brazilian population. It is made up of teaching, research or service institutions that develop the training of graduate and postgraduate workers in Public Health (institutional associates) and people who carry out activities in these areas (individual associates).

Abrasc was created with the aim of acting as a support and articulation mechanism between training, teaching and research centers in Public Health to mutually strengthen associated entities and to expand dialogue with the technical-scientific community and with the health services. health, governmental and non-governmental organizations and civil society.
